Shipping Policy for Grand Old Prints (Powered by Printify POD)

At Grand Old Prints, we partner with Printify to produce and fulfill all orders on demand. This means your items are custom-made specifically for you after you place your order, ensuring high quality while minimizing waste. We appreciate your patience as we create and ship your unique products.

Order Processing Time

  • Most orders are processed and sent to production within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Production times vary by product and Print Provider (typically 2-7 business days total for printing/assembly). Check individual product pages for estimated production times in the Printify Catalog or provider details.

Note: During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), processing and production may take longer. We will do our best to keep you updated.

Shipping Options and Delivery Times

We offer one standard shipping methods through our Printify partners (exact options depend on the product and provider). You're shipping cost will be calculated and provided at checkout.

Total estimated delivery time = Processing/Production + Shipping time. For most US customers, expect your order to arrive in 5-10 business days from purchase, though this can vary.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US territories may take additional time (up to 7-12 extra business days in some cases).

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location, products, and selected method.
  • For the most accurate rates, we recommend using Shopify’s integration with Printify (flat rates or Shipping Calculator).
  • Multiple items from the same provider may combine for more efficient shipping, but separate providers may ship separately.
  • We may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders (e.g., over a certain amount) from time to time—details will be listed on the site.

Exact rates are determined by Printify’s network of providers and carriers (e.g., USPS, DHL, OnTrac, etc.). Check specific product provider shipping info in your Printify dashboard for details.

Tracking and Updates

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
  • Track your package directly through the carrier’s website or your Shopify account.
  • Delivery to a nearby post office or parcel locker is possible for some domestic orders.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

  • If your order is lost or significantly delayed (beyond estimated windows), contact us with your order number for assistance. Printify provides tracking and support for fulfillment issues.
  • For damaged or defective items, please report within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 7-14 days of receipt) with photos. We’ll work with Printify on replacements or refunds per their policy.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Address Requirements

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate (including apartment/suite numbers, postal codes, and phone number where required). Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause delays or additional fees, for which we are not responsible.

Changes or Cancellations

Cancellations are possible only before production begins. Once an order enters production, changes are limited. Contact us as soon as possible.
