How long will it take to receive my item?
Items are generally processed within 2-3 days, with fulfillment and shipping generally taking anywhere between 3-7 days. All-in-all, you should receive your items anywhere within 5-10 days after purchase. Do keep in mind that items may arrive sooner than 5 days or later than 10 days, though this is unlikely.
Are any of the items second-hand?
Absolutely not. All of our items are made-to-order, so what you get is fresh. We partner with Printify to print these items on demand, meaning your item is printed ONLY when you order it.
If any of my items come damaged/incorrect, do I get a refund?
Of course you do! As covered in our Refund Policy, any manufacturing error made on our end is our fault, and we will take care of it. As our items are made-to-order, we do not guarantee returns/refunds for customer change-of-mind or customer error.
Do Grand Old Prints gift cards have an expiration date?
Grand Old Prints gift cards will NEVER expire. We find the thought of expiring gift cards, for lack of a better word, scummy. Rest assured, if you've spent the money, it's yours for good.
Are the products really designed, printed, and fulfilled ONLY in the US?
Absolutely. We've found that what separates us from the rest of the competition is our commitment to operating solely within the United States of America. Our designs are made by Americans. Printing is handled by our partners at Printify, a US-based manufacturer. We ship from inside America only to American addresses.
Can I become an affiliate for Grand Old Prints?
Yes you can! We currently run an affiliate program with UpPromote. You can sign up here, choose when and how you advertise, and earn a kickback when orders are placed using your link or coupon code.

What is the Patriot Program?
The Patriot Program is our loyalty program, giving back to the customers who support Grand Old Prints.
What are Patriot Points?
Patriot Points are the currency of our Patriot Program. There are a multitude of ways to earn Patriot Points. Patriot Points can be redeemed for straight dollars-off deals on purchases.
I made a purchase before signing up, do I still get the points?
Of course you do! Simply create an account using the same email you provided when making your purchase, and the points are already in there.
Can I share my rewards with someone else?
Yes, you can. When you redeem a reward through the Patriot Program, such as $10 off, you are given a coupon code to redeem it. You may share or give that coupon code to someone else if you would like. Do keep in mind however that once the code is used in a purchase, it cannot be used again, so only share it if you plan on handing it off entirely.
Can I send Patriot Points to someone else?
Unfortunately, Patriot Points are non-transferrable. Your Patriot Points are yours and yours only. However, you may redeem them for a reward and give that reward to someone else. Read the above question for further information.
Do Patriot Points expire?
NO. We look at Patriot Points the same way we look at gift cards. If you've already earned them, they are yours to keep until you use them. Spend YOUR Patriot Points on YOUR time, we have no right to dictate how or when you spend them.
