Refund policy

We have a standard All Sales Final policy. As all of our products are made to order (printed on demand), we do not have the facilities to accept returns due to customer error or "change of mind", i.e. ordering wrong size, color, product, providing the wrong shipping address, etc.

However, we do accept returns on a manufacturing error basis, i.e. color, size, or product is different than what was ordered, printing errors, damaged-on-arrival products, etc.

When your order is delivered, you will receive an email from customer@trackorder.site. Through the link provided in this email, you can report any issues with your order.

If you cannot find the email with this information, contact support@grandoldprints.shop with your full name, delivery address, and the items that were ordered. We will put you in contact with our team to resolve your issues as quickly as possible.

Upon delivery, you have 15 days to report any of the above listed manufacturing error issues, and our team will help you resolve them.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or otherwise incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns due to customer error. This is: ordering the wrong color, ordering the wrong size, ordering the wrong product, or providing incorrect shipping information. If you are ordering an item as a gift and are not sure what size, color, or product to get, we recommend ordering a gift card to Grand Old Prints instead.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, and for the change to reflect in your balance.
